Planning Application Submitted 26/01325 for Partial Demolition of Hadlow Manor Hotel and 8 new properties

Partial demolition and conversion of Hadlow Manor Hotel to a single dwelling and erection of 8. dwellings.

Whilst it is regretable that the village is losing what was once a very popular and useful events venue for Tonbridge area, Hadlow Manor has been empty for many years now and redevelopment has become inevitable.

This development seems to at least preserve the historical original Hadlow Manor building, removing the later additions and provides additional housing in the village at much more sympathetic levels to the infrastucture of the village.

Access is onto the A26 should hopefully not give rise to the traffic issues that will be seen with the development proposals off of Court and Carpenters Lanes.
